In this role you drive IT process design and optimization for cloud IT operations within a hyper-scale public cloud program. You will align ITIL and Agile approaches to reduce wait times, automate where feasible, and build internal tools to support efficient workflows. You’ll maintain governance of processes, foster clear communication, and help evolve the overall process landscape in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
