In this role you will own the Alexa experience for Spain, shaping the product vision and roadmap to deliver a locally relevant, AI-powered personal assistant. You will translate customer insights into measurable improvements, working with engineering, design, localization, and other teams to launch and optimize the experience. You will balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals, making high-judgment calls in a complex, cross-functional environment.

- Lead Voice of the Customer initiatives through research, usability studies, and market analysis
- Drive data-informed decisions by defining success metrics and analyzing customer behavior
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, science, design, localization, marketing, legal, and operations to align priorities
- Own launches and post-launch performance, driving awareness, adoption, and ongoing optimization
- Contribute to strategic xugodme planning, write narratives, and engage with Senior Managers and Directors
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and balance feature delivery with sustainability

Responsabilidades

- Localization experience and ability to build locally relevant customer experiences
- Experience applying GenAI tools to accelerate delivery or improve quality
- Native-level fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) with cultural fluency
