Position

OverviewWe are seeking a commercially oriented Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to drive the growth, competitiveness, and profitability of our chemical process pump portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong technical foundation with exceptional communication skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for understanding customers and markets. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between our customers, commercial organization, engineering, and operations, translating market intelligence into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business results.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring independent thinking, strategic judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep knowledge of the global chemical process pump market, including applications, customers, competitors, and industry trends. Build and maintain competitive intelligence on product performance, pricing, lead times, manufacturing footprint, and commercial strategies.

Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to improve product competitiveness, cost, availability, delivery performance, and technology roadmaps. Lead global product launches, value propositions, commercial enablement, portfolio optimization,



and installed-base/aftermarket growth initiatives. Build strong cross-functional alignment and communicate clear strategic recommendations, business cases, training, and presentations to technical, commercial, and leadership audiences.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in product management, technical sales, business development, or strategic marketing within the industrial pump industry. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to technical, commercial, and executive audiences, other EU language is an advantage. Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization with stakeholders from diverse functional and cultural backgrounds.

Professional fluency in English. Knowledge of the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, or other industrial process markets. They will build trusted relationships across commercial, engineering, and operations teams and use those relationships to convert market intelligence into coordinated business initiatives.
