Passionate about their craft. LEAR Valls is looking for a high-skilled Project Quality Engineer – Customer Liaison eager to join a general leader in automotive technology. We are a large multinational company based at the Electronics Campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain).

We are seeking a professional who is passionate about Quality and strongly focused on customer satisfaction.

Failure

Analysis reports and/or 8D) related to quality issues and their resolution. Prepare, review, and present Failure Analysis Reports and 8D reports to customers. Act as the primary quality liaison between customers and internal manufacturing,



engineering, and quality teams.

Support customer visits, audits, and technical discussions related to quality concerns. Monitor the progress of corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of quality issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Lead task forces and escalation activities for critical customer issues and high-impact quality incidents. Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in the Electronics and/or Automotive industry.

Experience using quality methodologies and problem-solving tools, including 8D.Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
