Company: Law & Lifestyle (L&L;), a property transaction consultancy for international buyers and vendors

Experience: Law degree plus 5+ years' legal experience in Spanish property transactions (due diligence, contracts, completions)

Languages: Spanish and English essential. Our clients are primarily Swedish, Finnish and Polish.

The Role We're looking for a legal professional with 5+ years' experience in Spanish property transactions who can:

- Act as a "Manager of One": work independently, take ownership and deliver results
- Manage full transactions, from due diligence through completion to post-sale follow-up
- Work together with our assistants to streamline administrative work
- Give our international clients peace of mind before, during and after their purchase or sale
- Think proactively,



find answers and solve problems without being micromanaged

This is an advisory and transaction-support role. It does not involve litigation or court representation.

Compensation We're transparent: we pay for results, not time spent at the desk.

- Base salary , tailored to your experience and preferred structure
- Performance bonus , based on task delivery and client satisfaction
- Quarterly bonus , linked to revenue milestones, with no upper limit

Expected total annual compensation: from €38,000 gross, with significant upside for strong performers.

What We're Looking For

- Law degree and 5+ years' hands-on experience with Spanish real estate transactions
- Fluent English and Spanish. Danish, Swedish, German or Dutch is a big plus. xugodme
