- Provide strategic direction and remove barriers for a lean team of Technology Product Owners (Cornerstone LMS, SkillUp LXP)
- Collaborate with Design u0026 Operations, Learning Business Partners, QA, and Enterprise IT to scale compliant digital solutions in regulated environments

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of experience leading digital learning technology or edtech in a global enterprise
- Educational background xugodme in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with immersive technologies and AI/LLM in knowledge management or learning
- Strong understanding of tech validation (CSV), data security, 21 CFR Part 11, and LMS/LXP/LRS integration via APIs, xAPI, SCORM, and cloud
- Proven ability to set outcome-based goals and align with IT and Quality partners in agile settings
