JOIN OUR TEAM! ... as an F&B; Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama. We are looking for an F&B; Manager who is passionate about service excellence, gastronomy and luxury hospitality, with fluency in both Spanish and English. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the resort's F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, events, in-room dining and special concepts.

Monitor departmental operational and financial performance, including sales, costs, productivity and inventory control. Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and action plans in collaboration with the F&B; leadership team. Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, food safety (HACCP) and applicable legal and regulatory standards.

Oversee the presentation and operational readiness of outlets, including mise en place, service standards and operating procedures. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations and development plans for F&B; team members. Support the implementation of new concepts, gastronomic experiences, promotions and special projects.

Strong knowledge of restaurants, bars, banquets, events and/or resort operations. Ability to understand and monitor financial indicators, costs, productivity and operational performance. A strong guest-focused mindset and attention to detail, with a passion for service excellence.

Knowledge and understanding of luxury hospitality service standards.



Fluency in Spanish and English ; additional languages will be highly valued.
