In this role you will optimize customer experience, retention, and lifecycle workflows while ensuring data integrity across CRM systems. You will build and maintain dashboards to translate operational data into proactive retention strategies, partnering with CX, Sales, and GTM teams. Your work will focus on scalable, cross-functional processes that improve customer health and renewals in a SaaS environment. This is a hands-on role for shaping RevOps and delivering measurable impact at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Design and maintain operational dashboards (Looker, Vitally, Power BI) to monitor customer health, onboarding, risk signals, and renewals
- Administer CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) including fields, objects, data mapping, and access control
- Analyze churn and risk indicators to identify at-risk accounts and enable proactive retention




- Map and optimize post-sales and CX workflows to remove bottlenecks across CX platforms
- Collaborate with CX leadership, Sales Operations, and GTM teams; perform regular system audits and automate workflows

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in CX Ops, Operations, or similar in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on CRM administration experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) and CS tools (Vitally, Gainsight)
- Experience building BI dashboards in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong analytical, execution, and communication xugodme skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Nice-to-have: SQL or Python, workflow automation (Zapier/Make), data governance
- Background in customer success, sales ops, or customer analytics
