About SetoPay

SetoPay SL is a Payment Service Provider based in Marbella. We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and other high-risk sectors.

This is not an entry-level or purely administrative role. You will work closely with the sales team and help keep the commercial pipeline moving from lead generation and follow-up through merchant onboarding and live processing.

What you will do

Own the day-to-day coordination of the sales pipeline — lead tracking, follow-ups, documentation, and CRM hygiene

Work closely with the Sales team to keep leads, commercial activities, and onboarding requirements moving without delays

Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and merchant onboarding documentation

Support the sales team throughout the full merchant acquisition cycle — from first contact to live processing

Chase outstanding items internally and externally without being asked twice

Keep sales reports, pipeline data, and performance tracking accurate and up to date

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth merchant onboarding

Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the sales process and flag them early

Help improve sales processes, workflows, and day-to-day commercial operations

What we require

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination,



Sales Operations, or a similar role within a PSP, acquiring bank, payment processor, fintech, or SaaS company

Practical understanding of payment processing concepts, including merchant onboarding, acquiring, chargebacks, and settlement

Excellent written and verbal English — you will communicate directly with international merchants and partners

Comfortable working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Strong organisational and follow-up skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-sufficient

Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment

Able to manage multiple priorities while keeping accurate records and following through on outstanding actions

Candidates without relevant experience in payments, PSP, fintech, acquiring, or a closely related industry xghoner

Entry-level candidates without relevant professional experience

Candidates who require heavy supervision to manage day-to-day responsibilities

Candidates seeking remote or hybrid work — this is a fully onsite role in Marbella
