As SEM Specialist, you will drive paid search performance for key clients across Google and Microsoft ecosystems. You will own high-budget campaigns, optimize across formats, and shape account strategies aligned with client goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed SEM within broader media plans and deliver actionable reporting.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Manage and monitor high-budget search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms
- Plan, activate, and optimize campaigns across formats (Search, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen)
- Provide weekly client reporting and presentations
- Develop proactive account strategies within team guidelines
- Continuously optimize campaigns for performance improvements




- Automate reporting and data extraction processes
- Create client-ready reports and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure SEM integration into broader strategies

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar SEM role
- Experience managing high-budget accounts on Google and Microsoft platforms
- Knowledge of GA4 and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with bid strategies (CPA, ROAS, VBB)
- Advanced Excel skills and tracking xugodme implementation (pixels, tags, GA4)
- Proficiency in SA360, Merchant Center, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
