As part of the Refining Digital team, you will shape and deliver transformative tech solutions that boost safety, reliability, efficiency, and business value across refining operations. You partner with business leaders and digital stakeholders to define strategy, set priorities, and drive enterprise-scale initiatives from concept to value realization. You will work with cutting-edge technologies like Digital Twins and industrial data platforms, bridging operational needs with innovation.

- Lead improvement recommendations and present to senior management and general teams; act as a digital roadmap advisor.
- Lead client meetings with business and development teams; communicate with senior leaders to solve cross-functional processes.




- Partner with senior Refining and Digital leaders to align tech investments with business and operational priorities across IT and OT.
- Recommend system alternatives and enhancements to current platforms.
- Collaborate with business teams to investigate performance metrics and inform business planning.
- Lead cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support implementation decisions.
- Mentor colleagues on ITSM disciplines and contribute to testing strategy across technology delivery.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives in refining, manufacturing, or OT environments
- Experience with Data Contextualization or Industrial Digital Twin technologies
- Understanding IT/OT convergence and cross-enterprise system integration
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in large, matrixed organizations
