In this strategic leadership role, you'll support growth through innovative marketing strategies, with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, and demand generation.

This position offers flexibility while leading a substantial marketing organization. You'll be instrumental in setting strategic direction, deploying marketing teams effectively, and managing product master data for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce will be crucial as you develop and implement data-driven marketing tactics that generate revenue growth.

This role is office-based and can be based at a number of our European sites. Some international travel will be required – between 30-50% of working time, including overnight stays.

Marketing and e-Commerce Demand Generation & Commercial Growth Commercial Enablement Business Performance Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce within a B2B environment Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Computer Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proven expertise with marketing technology stacks and big data analytics Strong track record of leading and implementing successful marketing strategies in retail/distribution Advanced data science and analytics capabilities, with demonstrable results in implementing data-driven marketing initiatives Strong business acumen and financial management skills Advanced level of English required Ability to travel between 30-50% annually, including international travel with overnight stays Experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation tools Track record of successful budget management and ROI optimization
