As part of our growing Nuclear Infrastructure team, we are seeking an experiencedElectrical Engineer to support the design and engineering of facilities, systems and infrastructure that enable the safe operation, maintenance and expansion of nuclear sites. This is an opportunity to work on technically complex, high-profile projects that support Europe's energy and infrastructure goals. Importantly, this role focuses on the engineering and design of electrical infrastructure within nuclear environments, rather than nuclear technology, reactor physics or power generation science.

Whether your background comes from nuclear, power generation, transmission and distribution, industrial process plants, manufacturing facilities, data centres, defence infrastructure or other highly regulated environments, we would like to hear from you. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical expertise across the design and delivery of electrical systems supporting major nuclear infrastructure projects in Spain and across Europe (potential to support UK projects). You will work as part of multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering solutions for both existing and new-build nuclear facilities, supporting clients through design, upgrade, refurbishment and asset optimisation programmes.

Key Responsibilities Lead or support the delivery of electrical design packages for nuclear infrastructure projects. Protection and control schematics.



Cable schedules and cable sizing calculations. Electrical equipment layouts and interconnection drawings.

Perform engineering calculations including: Short circuit analysis. Undertake site surveys and assessments to understand existing infrastructure and identify engineering solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers and clients.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to junior engineers. Ensure compliance with Spanish (and preferably wider European) regulatory requirements, client standards and engineering best practice Our teams support projects across the nuclear lifecycle, including: Electrical infrastructure upgrades. Site power distribution networks.

Critical power and resilience projects. You are a technically strong electrical engineer who thrives in a collaborative project environment and is motivated by delivering engineering solutions that make a real impact.

Experience delivering electrical design and engineering projects within nuclear or other similar regulated industries. Familiarity with engineering software Experience using discipline related software and other engineering design tools. Previous experience working on nuclear, power, industrial, defence or critical infrastructure projects.

Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Typically 5+ years of relevant engineering experience. Strong understanding of UK engineering standards, regulations and industry best practices.
