Our client is a fast-growing US social gaming Super-App combining two highly complementary consumer experiences within a single platform: Sweepstakes Social Casino — a rapidly growing portfolio of casino games built around a dual‐currency sweepstakes model.

Collectibles / Ripping Packs — a digital collectibles experience where users open packs containing real sports and trading cards, with the ability to instantly sell them back or have them shipped. Both verticals operate within the same ecosystem, sharing the user base, VIP programme, payments infrastructure and lifecycle strategy. The company is growing at approximately 50% month‐on‐month and scaling rapidly across the US.

Backed by leading gaming and technology investors, the business has raised significant capital to accelerate its growth. Our client is now entering its next phase of scale, with increasing investment across user acquisition, new products, VIP and retention, payments infrastructure and cross‐sell. We are looking for a Head of Finance to build and lead the finance function through this next stage.

This is a broad, highly hands‐on leadership role spanning FP&A;, reporting, cash and working capital, unit economics, payments, fundraising, debt facilities and financial operations. As Head of Finance, you will own the financial infrastructure required to support a rapidly growing, multi‐product consumer business. You will bring together financial performance, growth economics, cash management and capital strategy into a single view of the business.





FP&A; & Business Performance Build and lead the company's FP&A; function. Own annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning. Build models that connect growth, revenue, costs, cash and profitability.

Analyse performance against plan and identify key drivers of variance. Unit Economics & Growth Finance Analyse CAC, ROAS, payback, retention, ARPPU, LTV and contribution economics . Connect UA investment with deposits, revenue, redemptions and net cash.

Help determine how much capital can safely be reinvested into user acquisition. Cash & Working Capital Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management. Maintain visibility across bank accounts, payment processors and operating balances.

Manage liquidity requirements across user redemptions, UA, payroll, vendors and providers. Identify and address potential cash constraints before they become operational issues. Own reconciliation processes and financial controls.

Investigate discrepancies between internal systems, payment providers and banking data. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to strengthen financial infrastructure. Support the company's fundraising strategy and financial planning.





Manage reporting and financial analysis for investors. Own visibility across debt and growth financing facilities. Help leadership make informed decisions around the use of equity, debt and operating cash.

Business & Strategic Finance How should we finance growth? You'll be expected to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. We're looking for a hands‐on finance leader who combines strong technical finance skills with commercial and operational thinking. 7+ years of experience across Finance, FP&A;, Strategic Finance, FinOps, Treasury or a similar environment. ~ Experience working in a high‐growth technology, gaming, consumer or digital business. ~ Strong experience with financial modelling, forecasting and business planning. ~ Deep understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, CAC, ROAS, payback and LTV. ~ Experience managing cash flow and working capital. ~ Experience working with senior leadership and founders. ~ Experience with venture debt, growth financing, fundraising, payment processors, chargebacks, SQL, Metabase, Retool or similar tools would be valuable.
