In this role you will lead Nexthink’s global End User Experience team to modernize internal IT support through self-service and AI-driven tooling. You’ll own the end-to-end IT Workplace experience and drive adoption of Spark and our AI-powered ITSM platform. Collaborating with Engineering and Product, you’ll shape how internal IT supports employees while ensuring security and compliance across our processes.

You will also champion Nexthink’s DEX internally and feed operational insights back into the product. This position reports to the Senior IT Director and includes budget responsibility.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Lead a distributed 9-person EUE team across five countries
- Own end-to-end IT Workplace experience (devices, peripherals, remote office infra, etc.)
- Drive adoption of Spark and the AI-powered ITSM platform
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to provide feedback from internal use
- Act as internal champion for Nexthink’s DEX platform and stress-test it
- Ensure security/compliance within team processes aligned to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II
- Manage budget for tooling,



vendor contracts, and team resourcing
- Serve as internal reference customer for Nexthink DEX and provide operational insights to product

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of hands-on people management experience (distributed/global teams preferred)
- Experience managing IT end-user support or workplace technology at scale
- Hands-on experience with automation and AI-driven support tooling
- Enthusiasm for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and hands-on internal use of Nexthink’s platform
- Comfort working with in-development products, with ability to provide structured operational feedback xugodme
- Strong analytical mindset with data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive decisions
- Exposure to ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type II frameworks and end-user computing controls
- ITIL certification
- University degree
- Native Spanish speaker with professional-level English (written and verbal)
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders
