Overview In this role you shape design strategy across product squads and drive high-quality craft and systems. You will work at the intersection of design, code, and AI to prototype and iterate with AI-native workflows. You mentor designers, elevate design maturity, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable impact.

and feasibility Conduct user research and experiments, define success metrics, and iterate Lead design reviews and strategic discussions with cross-functional partners Identify opportunities for design improvement and propose innovative approaches Requisitos principales Proven UX / Digital Product Design experience with a portfolio showing shipped work and measurable impact Expertise in AI-native design and use of AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude) in design practice Experience contributing to design systems and code components; strong collaboration with engineering Track record mentoring designers and fostering a psychologically safe growth environment Strong product and business thinking with defined success metrics Excellent English communication and stakeholder influence Growth mindset, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity collaboration mentorship communication AI-native design with Lovable, Claude, Cursor, Figma Make design systems development (Nexus) * prototyping and end-to-end design execution with code
