Work autonomously within a cross-functional, agile product team to deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on great user experience, balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion, and ease of implementation Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey, encompassing customer research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and final interface design Proactively gather and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions Continuously optimise the user experience Contribute to the design system Product design experience with a portfolio that showcases your skills Strong UI skills and a clean visual design sense Experience designing for diverse platforms (web, iOS, Android) Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour Solid planning and strategic thinking skills,
