Overview As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in the Platform Engineering Domain, you design and operate secure, auditable access to our AWS infrastructure. You will manage Teleport-based access, implement JIT and PAM solutions, and align IAM with compliance across multi-account environments. You collaborate with Cloud Control to embed security into provisioning and automate access workflows to sustain engineering velocity.

You’ll work on monitoring, incident response, and governance to support a cloud-first bank known for strong security standards. and Kubernetes Develop and maintain automated IAM workflows within AWS Implement JIT access to reduce the attack surface Collaborate with Cloud Control to integrate security into provisioning Automate authorization flows for regulatory compliance Maintain and improve Terraform for access components Support audits with evidence and remediation of gaps Create monitors and alerts for authentication/authorization services Requisitos principales Production AWS expertise with IAM, Organizations, and multi-account security Hands-on experience with Access Management tools (Teleport or similar) Strong Terraform experience for cloud resources and security policies Solid Linux and networking fundamentals (OIDC, SAML, SSH, TLS, TCP/IP) Go and/or Python for automating security workflows Familiarity with compliance frameworks and translating audit requirements into tech Experience with Docker and Kubernetes RBAC from an access perspective Security-first mindset and proactive problem-solving Good communication and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment good communication autonomy mentoring and supporting junior/mid engineers Teleport (or similar PAM/JIT) AWS IAM Terraform
