As Senior Lead Solution Architect at Nagarro, you will define scalable, secure architectures for global Healthcare u0026amp; Life Sciences programs. You will provide technical leadership across complex initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape the architectural runway and ensure compliance. You’ll guide cloud and integration strategies, DevOps practices, and regulatory alignment to drive predictable, high-impact delivery.

This role offers impact across enterprise-scale programs and opportunities to influence technology roadmaps in a dynamic, outcomes-focused culture.

- Define the architectural vision and target-state solution architecture for complex initiatives
- Collaborate with Solution Management and stakeholders to design aligned solutions
- Coordinate with System Architects, ARTs, and suppliers to elaborate designs and validate decisions
- Maintain Architectural Runway to enable scalable delivery
- Define interfaces, APIs, deployment models, and non-functional requirements
- Align architecture decisions across teams to reduce complexity and promote reuse
- Evaluate emerging technologies supporting business goals
- Lead architecture workshops with technical and business stakeholders




- Support SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Solution Demos, Inspect u0026 Adapt)
- Promote CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
- Ensure security, quality, regulatory, and data governance compliance
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects on roadmaps and enablers
- Drive cloud, data management, automation, and analytics architecture decisions
- Manage external suppliers and partners involved in solutions
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the lifecycle

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles
- Experience in SAFe environments supporting Solution Trains and ARTs
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF, API Architecture, SOA, and modern integration patterns xugodme
- Hands-on design experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, CI/CD and DevOps
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Protection, Security Architecture
- Experience in highly regulated industries (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharma)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills
- Experience with globally distributed teams and complex enterprise environments
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
