We are looking for a motivated Senior Solution Engineer to join our European Application En-gineering team. As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will translate customer and project requirements into technically feasible, cost-effective product solutions.

Lead the development of technical solutions for elevator projects, including complex and non-standard ap-plications. Prepare and review layout drawings, technical configurations and pre-engineering packages for offers and project orders. Coordinate technical requirements and project information with international teams, internal stakeholders,



factories and suppliers.

Monitor technical project progress, resolve complex engineering issues and provide technical guidance when required. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations and quality requirements. A technically challenging role with exposure to complex international projects.

A role combining technical engineering, problem-solving and project interaction. Typically, 5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, R&D; Project Engineering or a similar tech-nical role. University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or another relevant tech-nical field.

Good understanding of technical configuration, feasibility assessment and engineering documentation.

Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or similar. Revit is a plus. Knowledge of product configuration, ERP/SAP or engineering tools is an advantage. Good understanding of manufacturing, installation and project execution constraints. Professional working proficiency in English.
