About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across technology and specialist functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment activity, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular hiring updates and insights.




- Ensure recruitment practices follow company policies and relevant employment regulations.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to technical/IT hiring.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify hard-to-find technical talent.
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics/reporting tools.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience in a multinational or regional organisation is an advantage.
