Imagine Live is looking for an experienced Pit Boss to oversee live gaming operations in our Madrid studio.

This role is key to ensuring game integrity, operational excellence, and a high-quality player experience in a fast-paced environment. The position is shift-based.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise live table operations and ensure full compliance with gaming procedures and standardsMonitor dealer performance and provide real-time feedback and supportAct as the main point of escalation for operational issues during the shiftEnsure fair play and monitor player behavior, reporting any irregularitiesHandle live chat interactions related to complaints, disputes,
