Assist customers with all questions concerning their custody accounts, precious metal holdings, and related services. Maintain and update client master data diligently within internal systems.
Handle incoming service inquiries independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Help ensure that clients consistently receive high-quality service. Initial professional experience in customer service, internal sales support, or a comparable client-focused position is advantageous.
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word. Open-minded attitude toward learning new software tools and working with digital processes. A true team player with genuine dedication to service.
Good German language skills are required for this role. Knowledge of English and/or Spanish is desirable. The chance to work alongside precious metals experts and build valuable industry expertise in asset protection and investment markets.
