We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to operate far beyond the scope of a single team or service. Working directly with senior engineering leadership, you will tackle large, cross-area technical challenges that impact dozens — sometimes hundreds — of services across the platform. Collaborate with engineering leadership and teams to design and implement scalable, robust software solutions Enhance system automation across scale, resiliency, and deployment Build and improve core platform components and shared libraries (AWS, Go, Erlang, Kafka) used across the organisation Build on our cloud-native platform, enabling greater use of AWS technology to accelerate delivery, scale, and resiliency Proven track record engineering high-quality, highly scalable software A willingness to learn new technologies (we are working with Golang, Erlang)
