At Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, we’re looking for a new teammate to join our HR team on a temporary basis.
As part of the Recruiting team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the company. We hire diverse profiles, mainly within Finance and IT, giving you exposure to dynamic and strategic roles.
? What will your responsibilities be?
- CV screening
- Active sourcing through LinkedIn & InfoJobs
- Conducting interviews
- Managing the full hiring and onboarding process
- Providing interview feedback
- Offer management, follow-up and documentation
- Onboarding process
- Offboarding and exit interviews
- Participation in job fairs and employer branding events
? What are we looking for?
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven experience in active sourcing via LinkedIn
- Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
- A resilient and committed professional who understands urgency vs. importance and plans accordingly
- People- and client-oriented mindset, proactive and eager to keep learning
- Comfortable working under pressure with high recruitment volumes
