Your duties

You will be in charge of conducting assessments and audits of product manufacturers, as well as preparation and follow-up of audits (preparing audit plans and audit reports).

Reviewing manufacturing processes, materials, product documentation (technical documentation) based on the relevant international Halal guidelines and standards.

Extending and deepening the cooperation with our customers is also a big aspect of your job. Based on your expertise, you will contribute to the development of our services.

Support the team in the office in your areas of responsibility and handle general administrative and technical matters (filing and document management) as well as independent processing of inquiries.

Your qualifications

A university degree in the food-related scientific field (e.g. food technology, biotechnology, ecotrophology, food chemistry or chemistry) is required.

It is advantageous if you have successfully completed training as an auditor, or if you worked as a quality management representative and/or have relevant professional experience in quality management, but it is not mandatory.

Entrepreneurial thinking skills and an analytical, structured, self-reliant way of working and team spirit are present

Class B driver's license and a strong willingness to travel





Confident handling of remote ICT technologies (Skype, MS Teams, etc.)

Good computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Outlook, and particularly Excel)

Very good written and spoken German, French and English skills are advantageous
