Role Description Digital Optima is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Spain (Hybrid/WFH) to lead client implementations, platform configurations, technical integrations and client support. Sitting at the intersection of engineering, project delivery, and client engagement, you will translate complex supply chain requirements into high-performing, cloud-native deployments across our orchestration software suite.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Governance: Scope, define, and sequence multi-phase delivery projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
- Platform Implementation & Configuration: Execute hands-on setups of business logic, administrative parameters, and tailored UI workflows for client deployments.
- Technical Integration & Cloud Deployment: Guide third-party integrations using standardized REST APIs and support solution deployment processes on AWS.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the lead technical liaison, translating intricate architectural concepts into clear business outcomes for external and internal stakeholders.




- Quality & Technical Documentation: Author comprehensive solution designs, integration mappings, test scripts, and user documentation to ensure strict deliverable standards.
- Financial & Risk Control: Manage project budgets, maintain accurate financial forecasts, and proactively mitigate technical and delivery risks.

Technical & Domain Requirements

- Supply Chain Domain: Direct experience or strong exposure to TMS, WMS, or Global Orchestration Systems (GOS).
- Technical Toolset: Practical, hands-on experience with:

Data & API Testing: SQL and Postman. Platform & Identity Infrastructure: Grafana, Keycloak, Keeper, and business rules engines (e.g., OpenL).

Integration & Cloud: Proven experience with API-first integrations and AWS cloud environments.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Language Skills: Native or fluent Spanish, with professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Structured Problem-Solving: Root-cause analysis mindset with a data-driven approach to resolving technical and operational bottlenecks.
- Execution & Resilience: Exceptional personal discipline, time management, and composure when navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build trust, align cross-functional teams, and manage client expectations effectively.
- Work Location: Hybrid flexibility based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area or Madrid, with the ability to build strong relationships across international team environments.
