Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive AI-enabled process transformation across CIB, bridging business strategy and execution. You will analyze end-to-end processes, redesign them with AI as a key lever, and translate insights into concrete initiatives. You will collaborate with Business, Operations, Engineering, Data, and AI specialists to implement new ways of working and measure impact. This position offers the chance to shape scalable AI-enabled transformations that improve efficiency, client experience, and resilience.

• Lead AI-driven process transformation projects from analysis through adoption
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Reimagine and redesign processes leveraging AI and automation
• Define target processes and new ways of working, assessing AI-enabled enhancements
• Translate redesigned processes into transformation initiatives with clear scope and impact
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Engineering, Data,



and AI teams to design and implement solutions
• Support integration of AI-enabled solutions into day-to-day operations and drive user adoption
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure efficiency, productivity, client experience, and resilience
• Identify opportunities to reuse and scale AI capabilities across processes and areas

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in process transformation, process re-engineering, operational excellence, or similar roles
• Experience analyzing and redesigning end-to-end processes and translating challenges into initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects with Business, Operations, and Technology
• Exposure to AI, automation, or technology-enabled transformation projects (valued)
• Knowledge of Wholesale Banking products, services, or processes (valued)
• Fluent English (C1 or equivalent)
