Experteer Overview As Software Engineering Manager for Travel u0026amp; Expense, you lead a cross-functional squad building Spendesk’s travel, hotel, and out-of-pocket expense experiences. You own objectives and KPIs, shaping a roadmap with product and design partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable spend management solutions. You guide architecture, integrations with travel suppliers, and production excellence across reservations, approvals, and reimbursements. You work with an autonomous, customer-focused team to drive measurable outcomes and continuous improvement in a fast-growing platform. - Lead and develop a team of about 10 software engineers, including performance management and onboarding
- Plan and deliver Travel u0026 Expense roadmap with PM, Designer, and Tech Leader in quarterly cycles
- Improve customer experiences across travel and expense domains (trips, bookings, approvals, claims, reimbursement)
- Guide architecture and integrations with travel suppliers, cards, payments, invoices, accounting, identity, and security services




- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, security, observability, SLOs, incident response, and production ownership
- Build an autonomous, customer-focused team delivering measurable outcomes and improving ways of working
- Participate in platform migration to a service-based architecture with hexagonal patternResponsabilidades
