Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and manage the Design Organisation Approval (DOA) airworthiness processes, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and trusted certification with Airworthiness Authorities. You will lead design assurance activities, coordinate DOA interfaces, and mentor the DOA team to maintain high expertise. Your work will impact aircraft delivery, fleet availability, and regulatory confidence across Airbus Defence and Space. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role at the heart of airworthiness governance, with opportunities to influence standards and training.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage DOA approvals, manuals, and airworthiness reference materials to demonstrate adequacy to authorities
• Maintain continuous compliance of the design assurance system with regulatory requirements
• Resolve DOA and service DOA queries related to certification and aircraft delivery
• Ensure effective integration of design suppliers and partners within the DOA framework




• Cascade DOA authority and signatory responsibilities and coordinate DOA interfaces
• Coordinate design assurance processes across DOAs and DO-PO interfaces
• Support implementation of SMS and ISMS within design organisation
• Provide leadership to deliver DOA airworthiness expertise, including training programs
• Represent Airbus in DOA airworthiness rulemaking and regulatory knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in airworthiness, DOA processes or related regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead, train and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of DOA interrelations and safety management systems
