Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and optimize a hybrid solar + storage portfolio across multiple markets, starting from Madrid with growth into the US and Japan. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, efficiency, and asset performance while managing contractual and regulatory interfaces. The position offers international exposure, hands-on ownership, and a path to influence portfolio strategy in a leading renewables company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify value-rich market participation opportunities for operating assets across spot markets and ancillary services
• Drive OPEX optimization and lead end-to-end RFP processes for contracting market representatives and battery optimizers
• Act as primary PPA counterparty owner, ensuring compliance and managing deviations
• Track Green Certificates and Environmental Attributes to maximize returns and execute timing-driven strategies
• Define and report on key technical KPIs, coordinating with Ou0026M and monitoring teams
• Analyze performance data to identify deviations and propose improvement actions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly asset performance reports for executives and country managers
• Coordinate with Finance to explain variances and feed learnings into future projects




• Interface with external stakeholders (Ou0026M, asset manager, grid operators, regulators) and ensure operational alignment
• Collaborate with Investment, Legal, Finance, and Mu0026A teams to maintain business continuity
• Contribute to continuous improvement of asset management processes, tools, and reporting standards

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree with solid experience in renewable energy, preferably 4 years on hybrid projects or PV solar
• Fluent English; international scope of work
• Strong understanding of PV and BESS operations, performance, maintenance, and grid integration
• Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable recommendations
• Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities without day-to-day supervision
• Prior experience at a renewable energy developer, IPP, or technical asset manager
• Bonus: experience with performance monitoring tools, SCADA, and asset management software
• Bonus: experience in hybrid project management (co-located solar + BESS)
