In this role you drive growth in the Spanish market by leading Affiliate and Influencer partnerships and coordinating performance marketing initiatives. You will manage partner pipelines, negotiations, and data-driven optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition and revenue. The role combines strategic negotiations with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will help shape local market strategies and ensure alignment with company goals, while leveraging analytics to improve retention and funnel performance. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define, optimize, and execute Affiliate and Influencer strategies aligned with business goals for the Spanish market
• Manage day-to-day operations of Spanish partner network: pipeline, relationships, negotiations, performance optimization
• Conduct data-driven analyses on acquisition, profitability, product penetration, and retention to inform decisions
• Own channel performance reporting and present insights and plans in growth steering meetings
• Improve marketing processes for partnership tracking, attribution,
and budgeting in Spain
• Ensure content compliance and internal controls
• Identify and execute growth initiatives across paid and organic channels
• Lead co-marketing campaigns with partners and coordinate offline growth activities and events
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in fast-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles
• At least 2 years managing Affiliate and Influencer programs
• Proven ability to build and scale partner relationships in the Spanish market
• Data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Sheets
• Strong negotiation experience with diverse deal structures (CPA, CPL, fees, commissions)
• Professional fluency in Spanish; English essential for collaboration
• Experience in fintech or banking is a plus
• Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple campaigns and contracts
