Experteer Overview As Senior Product Manager for the Star Trek Fleet Command team in Barcelona, you drive monetisation and engagement initiatives within live operations. You own content strategy and monthly releases, coordinating across design, production, engineering, and data teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing experiences. You’ll use data and experiments to optimize monetisation, retention, and player value across geos and lifecycles. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product execution in a fast-growing, community-driven studio.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Own content and performance strategy for monthly releases aligned to player motivations, balance, and business KPIs
- Define and manage the monthly content calendar with Design, Production, and Engineering
- Use data and experimentation to optimise monetisation, engagement, and retention across the player lifecycle
- Analyze player behaviour across geos and platforms to enable personalisation and segmentation




- Coordinate with economy and systems design to align content with progression goals and avoid inflation
- Partner with UX, Research, and Community teams to translate player sentiment into improvements
- Build business cases for major initiatives including revenue forecasting and competitive analysis
- Mentor junior PMs and foster cross-functional product excellenceResponsabilidades

- Proven track record in monetisation and engagement systems with content development experience
- Data-native mindset to convert performance metrics into strategy and plans
