Experteer Overview In this role you will blend HR administration with a strong Health u0026amp; Safety focus to ensure compliance and smooth employee life cycle support. You will lead PRL activities, manage safety programs, and partner with external risk providers to drive improvements. You’ll support onboarding, training, and HR data processes while maintaining accurate records and contributing to audits and process enhancements. - Coordinate Health u0026 Safety (PRL) activities to ensure legal compliance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement, maintain, and update the Prevention Plan and occupational health and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with Health u0026 Safety legislation and internal standards
- Manage relationship with external Occupational Risk Prevention provider
- Support and coordinate internal PRL committees and Health u0026 Safety representatives
- Organize and monitor mandatory Health u0026 Safety training programs for employees and new hires
- Coordinate annual employee health check programs




- Manage CAE processes and ensure compliance with legal documentation and safety requirements
- Coordinate machinery documentation, inspections, and maintenance records with operations
- Monitor and approve working hours; generate monthly attendance reports
- Collaborate with HRIS to improve system functionality and reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation with privacy in mind
- Support onboarding activities including orientation, benefits enrollment, and training assignments
- Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, absences, and HR procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of HR information
- Support additional HR operational projects as assignedResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Formal training or certification in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) or Health u0026 Safety
- minimum 2 years in HR, PRL, or related field
- Experience coordinating safety compliance activities and prevention programs
