Fledge is recruiting a Senior Product Designer to join a high-growth European tech scale-up in Barcelona. You will own end-to-end design from discovery to high-fidelity UI, working closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, and engineers to shape the roadmap and deliver elegant, data-informed experiences across platforms.
You should have a proven track record designing mobile-first digital products at scale, with strong systems thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
