Field incoming incidents and problems from end-usersFulfill end-user service requests for enterprise applicationsRecord and document problem-solving processesCommunicate application problems to key stakeholdersTest fixes and ensure problem resolutionMaintain and enhance performance of enterprise softwareIdentify and learn enterprise software applicationsCoordinate departmental training needsSupport testing of new software applicationsPosition Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of IT experienceExperience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365Skills
