A multinational industrial services company is seeking an International Small Tooling Manager – Aerospace - for its central office in Getafe, Madrid.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the offer services, in order to ensure annual objectives (P&L;).
Create and implement the customer relation strategy to increase the Business
Work closely with the Local Managers and dedicated teams to ensure cross-functional coherence and quality of deliverables.
Develop connections between STC team leaders
Manage quality and regulatory compliance,
Insure cost and schedule control,
Manage harmonization of tooling standards across international sites,
International Leadership
Coordinate multicultural and multi-site teams.
Manage international suppliers and tooling partners.
Develop technical competencies and team capabilities worldwide.
Operational Excellence
Improve manufacturing productivity and tooling efficiency.




Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reduce cycle times, downtime, and non-conformities

Requirements:
Education
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
MBA or international management qualification is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
Strong background in:
Industrial tooling,
Global team leadership.
Fully available to travel
Experience with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or aerospace manufacturing groups is highly desirable.
