Our client is a key player in the energy sector, contributing to the reliability, sustainability, and transformation of the electricity system in Belgium and across Europe.

As part of a strategic initiative shaping the future of the Belgian and European energy landscape, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in the energy sector and stakeholder management.

1/ YOUR ROLE

- Act as the SPOC towards external vendors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure client priorities are reflected in external implementation roadmaps.
- Drive the TSO and DSO common tooling roadmap.
- Collaborate with regulators, DSOs, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions and strategic decision-making.
- Anticipate challenges related to congestion management, system flexibility, and energy market evolution.
- Assume a Product Owner role for internal implementation tracks, coordinating delivery teams and managing dependencies.
- Participate in business architecture discussions to ensure alignment with strategic principles.
- Contribute to the creation of a new company through legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments while maintaining delivery focus.

2/ YOUR PROFILE

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English.
- Proven experience managing complex,



multi-stakeholder projects within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of: Transmission System Operator (TSO) activities, distribution System Operator (DSO) activities, regulatory frameworks and energy market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to align regulators, DSOs, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation and consensus-building skills.
- Experience acting as Product Owner for implementation and delivery initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in environments with regulatory, legal, and financial complexities.
- Senior-level project management expertise.
