SAP CO Consultant – Belgium

Location: Liège / Brussels / Antwerp / Ghent

Contract: 12 months+ with long-term extension

Working Model: Hybrid, with increased remote flexibility after the first 2–3 months

Language: English required; Dutch preferred

Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP CO Consultant to support a major S/4HANA transformation programme in Belgium.

The role will focus on SAP Controlling / Management Accounting, supporting the design and delivery of Finance solutions within a large-scale SAP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support SAP CO design and implementation
- Work across Controlling, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centres and CO-PA
- Support wider Finance and S/4HANA integration




- Gather requirements and support solution design
- Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders
- Participate in workshops, testing and deployment
- Provide senior functional guidance across the programme

Requirements

- Strong SAP CO / S/4HANA experience
- Solid Controlling / Management Accounting background
- Senior-level experience, ideally Lead-level Minimum 10 years Experience
- Large-scale SAP transformation experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Must be based in Benelux
