Skills, knowledge, experience required:

- Sound experience in IT services engineering, planning, operations, maintenance and management;
- Demonstrable of experience as a line manager and provide evidence of having the ability of being a motivator and mentor;
- Sound experience on the Configuration Management and Change Management processes and tools;
- ITIL Expert /Managing Professional;

Desirable:

- PRINCE 2 Foundation level or PMI PMP;
- MSP Foundation.

Duties/role:

- Deputizing for higher-grade staff when required;
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned;
- Working independently while supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of CIS services;
- Managing Deployable CIS infrastructure and ensuring system readiness in line with the SLA;
- Managing DCIS Configuration Management and ensuring all assets are maintained in known configuration states;
- Managing Change Management plans and updating configuration baselines to meet evolving operational requirements.
