The Role
We are looking for a Freelance Business Analyst to support the ongoing development and stabilisation of a SaaS Planning tool used for payroll within the hospitality industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with a new development team to stabilise and improve the product
- Analyse, manage and refine the backlog
- Gather requirements for new features and upgrades
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for developers
- Support the Product Owner with analysis and prioritisation
- Help drive continuous improvement of the platform
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Business Analyst experience
- SAS Planning tool OR HR/Payroll systems experience is essential
- Experience working with developers and Product Owners
- Strong backlog and requirements management experience
- Fluent Dutch is mandatory
Contract
Antwerp | 2–3 days per week onsite
6-month freelance contract | Extendable
