Technical Business Consultant (OSS / Telecom Transformation)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Consultant to join a dynamic transformation program focused on modernizing and redesigning the OSS provisioning and inventory landscape for HFC and FTTH products.

In this position, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, helping shape future-proof solutions and ensuring successful delivery from concept through implementation.

You will work closely with product teams, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery partners to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions and actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Technical Analysis

- Translate business needs into clear and structured technical documentation.
- Perform requirements gathering, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
- Analyze existing processes, systems, and tools and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop conceptual solution designs and support strategic decision-making.

OSS & Provisioning Transformation

- Support the redesign of OSS provisioning and inventory systems.
- Work across HFC and FTTH product domains.
- Help create scalable and future-ready operational support solutions.

Solution Delivery

- Follow initiatives from initial concept through deployment and go-live.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate end-to-end solutions.
- Monitor value realization and implementation outcomes.
- Support change management and business adoption activities.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business teams, architects, IT teams, and external delivery partners.




- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, business cases, and product strategy discussions.

Documentation & Governance

- Maintain process, functional, and solution documentation.
- Support knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver clear recommendations and analysis for operational and strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 5-7 years of experience as:

- Technical Business Consultant
- Functional Analyst
- Business Analyst
- Solution Analyst

✅ Strong expertise in:

- Process Modelling
- Process Management
- Requirements Analysis
- Technical Documentation
- Business Analysis
- Stakeholder Management

✅ Technical knowledge of:

- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Swagger/OpenAPI Documentation
- System Integrations

✅ Experience with:

- Netcracker products
- OSS/BSS environments
- Telecom provisioning and inventory systems
- COTS and custom-built applications

✅ Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Comfortable operating in complex technical and business environments
