About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit a Talent Operations Liaison. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting a diverse employee population and partnering closely with leaders across the business.

This role sits at the heart of HR Operations and will play a key part in ensuring the effective delivery of employee lifecycle processes, organisational changes, compensation activities, employee relations support, and HR compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted HR operations partner to managers, employees, and HR stakeholders.
- Support organisational design changes, restructures, role creations, and position management activities.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave management, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring approvals, position management, and compensation-related activities.
- Support employee relations matters, absence management, and workplace investigations where required.
- Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain information within HR systems.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, and other business functions to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Analyse HR data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects, process optimisation, and operational excellence activities.

About You





We're looking for a proactive HR professional who enjoys solving problems, building strong stakeholder relationships, and improving processes.

Essential Experience & Skills

- Significant experience within HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Business Support, or Employee Relations environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience managing employee relations cases and advising managers on people-related matters.
- Exposure to compensation processes, organisational management, or workforce planning activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at multiple levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
