TalenCia is looking for a Junior Fraud Alert Specialists to join the Fraud Operations Team.

As a Fraud Alert Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing fraud alerts, identifying suspicious behaviors and investigating potentially fraudulent situations. You will also interact directly with customers who may have been victims of fraud, providing them with clear information, reassurance and appropriate support.

You will work closely with Fraud Prevention, Fraud Detection and Fraud Investigation teams to help protect customers and contribute to a safer banking environment.

This is a junior-level position, making it suitable for recent graduates and candidates with limited professional experience. A structured onboarding and training programme of up to six weeks will be provided.

Requirements

- Fluent French and Dutch are mandatory. The ability to work confidently and professionally in both languages is essential.
- English:



minimum B1 level.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- A background in Criminology, Fraud / Financial Crimeor Risk Analysis is a major advantage.
- Junior profiles and recent graduates are welcome.
- Interest in fraud, investigation, risk, financial crime or security.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Flexibility regarding working schedules.
- Ability to handle customer interactions by phone, email and chat.
- Willingness to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
