JD Logistics is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in achieving high standards of safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will coordinate warehouse activities, ensure efficient workflow, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

About the Role

The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, ensure productivity targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and company operational procedures in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational procedures
- Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to improve performance and skills.




- Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock investigations.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Requirements
