About the role:
As a Loading & Connectivity Specialist, your main mission will be to execute, monitor and maintain the loading of contracts, rates, inventory, offers and campaigns for assigned accounts, ensuring the accurate distribution and sale of hotel stays across Bahia Prinipe Hotels & Resorts channels and partners.You will play a key role in maintaining connectivity with Tour Operators and OTAs, monitoring system performance, supporting commercial objectives and contributing to the seamless management of contracts, reservations and distribution processes.What will your key responsibilities be?
Register, load and monitor contracts, including rates, inventory, availability, offers and campaigns, ensuring information is correctly implemented and maintained according to business needs.
Manage the loading and follow-up of offers for Tour Operators and OTAs, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of commercial agreements.
Handle offer loading through partner extranets when required.
Support the resolution and follow-up of contract, offer and reservation-related incidents in coordination with commercial, operational and external partners.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams in the management of billing-related discrepancies arising from contract conditions,



cancellations and modifications.
Monitor system configurations and connectivity operations across Channel Manager, CRS and other distribution platforms.
Work closely with commercial teams to ensure alignment on contracts, offers and reservation performance.
Ensure compliance with loading and connectivity policies, procedures and systems across source markets.
Support the implementation and monitoring of projects, platforms and system enhancements within the Loading & Connectivity department.
Promote knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across destinations and teams.
Carry out any additional tasks related to the department and operational requirements as requested by management.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in Loading & Connectivity within an international hotel or tourism company, ideally covering European and Caribbean markets.
Knowledge of:
Reservations and hotel distribution processes
Loading & Connectivity operations
Hotel accommodation sales
Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and OTAs
Hotel contracting and rate management
Fluent Spanish and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Experience working with contract, offer, reservation and finance management systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
