As a Marketing Lead, you’ll shape the strategy and execution of campaigns for Fever’s experiences, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive audience engagement and growth. You’ll craft global, high-visibility marketing programs for Fever Original and partner experiences, using data-driven insights to optimize performance across social and digital channels. This role sits in Acquisition Marketing, contributing to Fever’s mission to broaden access to live culture. You’ll work in Madrid and help scale campaigns to inspire millions to discover and book experiences.

• Own the marketing strategy for Fever experiences

• Collaborate with growth marketing to analyze performance and uncover opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content) for strategic campaign directions

Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years of Digital Marketing experience with Facebook ads and other paid social platforms
• Proficient in English; second language is a plus
• Marketing background
• Willingness to base location in Madrid and grow within Fever
