Experteer Overview
In this role, you will shape and evaluate renewable energy growth opportunities for Northland's International Hub. You’ll support deal teams with market research, financial inputs, and project coordination to advance opportunities through internal decisions. You will engage with stakeholders, prepare investment materials, and help structure transactions from origination to handover. The role offers exposure to cross-border deals within a collaborative, fast-paced environment driving the company’s growth in the energy transition. You will be at the core of turning market insights into actionable, value-creating investment recommendations.

• Market and opportunity scanning across geographies and technologies; assess greenfield and expansion opportunities
• Develop market strategies through research, competitor analysis, and policy review
• Assess regulatory, competitive and macroeconomic dynamics to inform investment recommendations
• Engage in industry events and stakeholder dialogue; prepare leadership-facing analyses
• Support deal origination, Mu0026A sourcing, and preparation of materials for decision-making




• Coordinate inputs and due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and platform investments
• Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and slides for senior leadership and Board
• Track project progress, manage handover to SPu0026D, and maintain action logs
• Support cross-functional deal teams and contribute to knowledge-sharing and process improvements

Responsabilidades
• 4 to 6 years of experience in corporate development, investment analysis, Mu0026A, project development, investment banking, consulting, or related energy/infrastructure role
• Experience supporting complex transactions and preparing materials for senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building with internal and external partners
• Experience across multiple geographies and a integral mindset
