Experteer Overview In this role you will lead communication, change management, and capability-building within Global Procurement Transformation. You will partner with procurement and digital teams to ensure adoption of new tools, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven ways of working. You’ll craft reusable assets, manage stakeholder engagement, and shape transformation storytelling to embed changes across a global audience. - Own and tailor communication plans for transformation priorities and activities.
- Translate complex topics into clear messages and provide leaders with messaging and assets.
- Develop internal branding, FAQs, toolkits, and adoption content to create a consistent transformation identity.
- Lead change readiness, impact assessment, and adoption planning for tools, processes, and AI-enabled use cases.




- Shape launch plans and reinforcement activities to move users from awareness to confident usage.
- Build practical enablement assets (playbooks, quick guides, demo scripts) for new tools and AI solutions.
- Coordinate learning and enablement to improve adoption and team effectiveness.

- 7+ years of procurement experience in a global corporate environment
- Strong ability to create clear communication plans and manage change readiness, impact assessment, adoption planning, and measurement
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
