Experteer Overview As a Senior SecOps Security Architect, you will shape SGS's global security posture by blending architecture, engineering and operational excellence. You’ll partner with infrastructure, cloud, network and application teams to design and implement robust controls at scale, while elevating SIEM capabilities for monitoring, detection and incident response. This role combines architecture, project work, and hands-on ownership in a truly international setting. You will influence security-by-design across projects and drive automation and improvements that boost overall resilience.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design and improve enterprise security controls, standards and baselines
- Define security requirements for new infrastructure, cloud and application initiatives
- Contribute to security architecture decisions, risk mitigation and security-by-design across projects
- Own and continuously improve security platforms (CrowdStrike Falcon/NG SIEM, Netskope, Cisco Umbrella, F5 WAF)
- Strengthen SIEM capabilities (log ingestion, correlation, alerting, dashboards, monitoring use cases)
- Develop and optimize detection rules across endpoint, cloud, identity, network and application environments
- Collaborate with SOC teams to enhance detection coverage and reduce false positives
- Support incident response, threat detection, hunting and investigations
- Troubleshoot alerts and contribute to remediation,



forensics and root cause analysis
- Identify gaps and drive technical improvements in controls and monitoring
- Automate security processes to improve operational efficiency
- Evaluate new cybersecurity technologies, contribute to PoCs and solution assessments
- Maintain security documentation, runbooks and procedures
- Support audit and compliance activities where requiredResponsabilidades
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, SecOps or related field
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, security monitoring and incident response
- Experience with security architecture, engineering and enterprise security platforms
- Solid knowledge of endpoint, network, cloud and identity security
- Experience in large, complex or international IT environments
- Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, NG SIEM, Netskope, Cisco Umbrella, F5 WAF, Palo Alto, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Azure Security or Microsoft 365 Security (valued)
- Hands-on, pragmatic, able to work independently and with global teams
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike or Palo Alto are beneficial but not essentialRequisitos principales
